Any agency can hand you a list of things that could be better. That list is close to useless without an order of work attached to it.

We rank what we find by the revenue each issue is likely costing you. A confusing returns policy and a checkout that hides delivery charges are not the same size of problem, and treating them as equals wastes your budget on the smaller one.

What the work covers

Product pages and collection pages, cart and checkout, and any landing page carrying paid traffic. Mobile is reviewed on its own, since that is where most of the traffic is and where layouts break first.

The changes themselves fall into two groups. Clear problems get fixed straight away, because there is nothing to learn from testing whether a broken thing should stay broken. Anything uncertain becomes an A/B test, so the version that stays is the version that won.

Tracking comes first

Before we judge a single page we make sure the numbers in GA4 agree with the orders in Shopify. A funnel built on bad tracking points confidently at the wrong problem, and every hour spent after that is wasted.

If tracking turns out to be your real issue, that becomes the job, and it is cheaper than the audit you thought you needed.
