Who these terms are with
This website is operated by FRENCOM MARKETING MANAGEMENT, trading as Frenco, holder of UAE trade licence number 1480607, at Office 06, 22nd Floor, The Metropolis Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website you accept these terms.
What we do
Frenco provides conversion rate optimization services for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, covering audits, A/B testing programmes, conversion-focused design and build work, and analytics and tracking repair.
This website is information, not an offer
Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a quotation. Descriptions of our services are there to explain what we do. Any engagement between us begins only when we have agreed scope, fees and timing in writing.
Booking a call
Booking a call places no obligation on either of us. You may cancel or reschedule using the links in your booking confirmation. If you do not attend and do not tell us, we may decline to rebook.
Engagements, fees and payment
- Scope, fees, timing and payment terms are agreed in a written proposal or contract for each engagement.
- Where that document conflicts with these terms, that document governs the engagement.
- Fees exclude UAE Value Added Tax unless the document says otherwise.
What we can and cannot promise
We commit to carrying out our work with reasonable skill and care, to a professional standard.
We do not guarantee any particular result. Conversion rate, revenue, traffic and ranking outcomes depend on your product, pricing, market, traffic quality, competition and many other things outside our control. Any example, past engagement or general industry observation is provided for illustration and is not a promise of what your store will achieve.
What we need from you
- Timely access to the store, analytics and accounts the work requires.
- Accurate information, and a decision-maker who can approve changes.
- Your own backups before we change anything on a live store.
Delay or missing access will move timelines, and we will tell you when that happens.
Who owns what
You keep ownership of your brand, content, data and store. On full payment for an engagement, deliverables we create specifically for you become yours. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, checklists and internal tooling, including anything we developed before or outside your engagement.
The content, design and code of this website belong to Frenco and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This continues after the engagement ends.
Limits on our liability
To the extent UAE law allows, Frenco is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
Ending an engagement
Either of us may end an engagement by giving the notice set out in the engagement document. You remain liable for work properly carried out up to the date it ends.
Third-party services
This website links to services we do not control, including our booking calendar and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you may have under UAE consumer protection law.
