Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what personal data Frenco collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it under UAE law.
Last updated 16 September 2026
Who we are
The controller of any personal data collected through this website is FRENCOM MARKETING MANAGEMENT, trading as Frenco, holder of UAE trade licence number 1480607, at Office 06, 22nd Floor, The Metropolis Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
To contact us about this policy or about your data, message us on WhatsApp, or write to us at the address above. We do not publish an email address, so WhatsApp and post are the two routes available to you.
The law that applies
We handle personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, the UAE's federal data protection law, together with its executive regulations as they come into force.
What we collect
We keep the amount of personal data this site handles deliberately small.
- Booking details. When you book a call, the booking calendar collects the name, email address and any notes you enter, along with your chosen time slot.
- WhatsApp messages. If you message us, we receive your WhatsApp display name, your phone number and whatever you choose to write.
- Usage data. Standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, device type and browser.
We do not ask for financial details, identity documents or any special category of personal data through this website.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer you and run the call you asked for. The basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. The basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving our own website, or your consent where consent is required for the technology involved.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations in the UAE. The basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles of you.
Who receives it
We use a small number of service providers to run this site, and they process data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website.
- WinThis provides the booking calendar on our booking page.
- WhatsApp, owned by Meta, carries any message you send us through it.
- Google provides analytics and search performance reporting, where those tools are active.
Transfers outside the UAE
Some of those providers store or process data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer conditions permitted by the PDPL, which include transfers to countries with an adequate level of protection and transfers made under appropriate contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Booking and enquiry records: kept while we are in contact and for up to two years afterwards.
- Records needed for accounting or tax: kept for the period UAE law requires.
- Analytics data: kept for the retention period set in the analytics tool, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
When data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, we delete it.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it;
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- transfer your data to another controller in a structured, machine-readable form;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent.
Message us on WhatsApp to make a request, and we will respond within the period the law allows. Exercising these rights costs you nothing. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Keeping data safe
This site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiry records to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not claim to.
Children
This website sells business services and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
