Why size does not change the diagnosis

The patterns that cost orders are mostly structural. They come from how Shopify themes are built and how buyers read a product page, not from how big your catalogue is.

What size does change is how quickly you can prove a fix. A store with fewer orders needs longer before an A/B test gives a trustworthy answer, so the work leans more towards fixing clear problems and less towards testing uncertain ones.

We will tell you which side of that line you are on rather than running a test that cannot conclude.

Your analytics and your session recordings, first, to see where buyers give up. Then the pages that carry the decision: product pages, cart and checkout.

We check tracking before any of it, because a funnel measured by broken tracking sends you after the wrong problem. If GA4 and Shopify disagree about revenue, that is the first job.
